A key contact for our employees, who assists them with any P&C related queries and provides counseling on policies and procedures. HR BP provides support to our department’s development and implements new initiatives and systems.
Skills and Requirements
- Support the development and implementation of People and Culture initiatives and systems. Participate in the overall P&C processes to ensure delivery, quality and efficiency of the activities performed.
- Take part in the P&C objective setting process, and contribute to development of P&C documentation, policies and guidelines.
- Take part in team ongoing planning routines and report on progress in agreed format
- Ensure P&C practices in action. Work with people managers on employee performance, providing P&C guidance to managers and employees in P&C matters such as people management, interpersonal communication, performance management, employee development, conflict resolution based on acting principles and guidelines
- Provide day-to-day counseling on P&C practices, policies and procedures
- Assist LMs to create and implement effective onboarding plans and facilitate probation period of new starters
- Assist in performance management processes
- Facilitate PIP implementation
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Provide Benefits implementation
- Facilitate Onboarding of new starters
- Support with offboarding process, conduct exit interviews
- Maintain employee documentation flow according to policies and legal requirements
- Keep record in P&C Systems and files
- Help provide quality insights using people analytics, data and reporting
- Prepare the entering data for P&C benchmarks and researches
- Schedule P&C related sessions as planned
- Support managers in maintaining and updating job families within the business, making adjustments with the business’s evolving needs.
- Provide feedback, recognition to team members to encourage P&C practices in action.Hold coaching, feedback sessions with team members
- Take part in planning and organization of company events to promote corporate culture
- Support D&I practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of P&C processes
About You
- Previous experience as an HR BP, P&C administrator, advisor or similar position.
- Knowledge and prior education of P&C functions (P&C, pay & benefits, training & development, people management, personnel administration etc).
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Workday or other HRIS a plus.
- University diploma, trainings, certifications in P&C, People Management, Personnel Administration would be helpful
- Skilled communicator, equipped with efficient feedback and coaching skills
- Passion for games or technology.
