The Role

As an Associate Game Op’s (CRM), you will be joining our Game Ops marketing team where you will learn the processes and skills needed to be a top-class Loyalty CRM Associate within the Free to Play industry. As part of your role, you will be handling the campaign setup of special offers, engagement campaigns, lifecycle programs, customer communication messages (emails, push, pop-ups), and campaign analysis with the objective to build player loyalty and increase player lifetime value. In addition, you will be closely working with the Product, CRM, Art, Customer Service, VIP Manager, and Data Science teams aiming to improve player user experience and customer loyalty, as well as increase engagement, retention, and monetization of high tier players for the app.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Loyalty Program campaigns and events for our high tier players
  • Key stakeholder in loyalty program and rewards strategy
  • Generating ideas of a new engagement, monetization, and retention campaigns
  • Configuring CRM campaigns, reviewing asset quality, and ensuring error-free execution
  • Managing customer communication channels (email, push, FB bot, etc.)
  • Writing detailed art briefs and engaging marketing messages
  • Assisting with pre and post-campaign analysis
  • Monitor KPIs related to retention, monetization, campaigns, tier’s, etc. and take action when necessary
  • Assisting in projects to improve our overall targeting, execution, and analysis for campaigns
  • Build new lifecycle journeys and/or adapt existing ones to loyalty segments
  • Ensure the player experience for high tiers are reflected and improved across the whole user journey in the game, focusing on driving long term engagement and building loyalty

Requirements

  • Ideally, you will have some experience of marketing execution in the gaming industry, however, this is not essential
  • You will have planned, executed, and monitored the performance of marketing campaigns
  • You have experience of collaborating on bigger projects with other teams across the business
  • Have a good understanding of how to utilize different communication channels to achieve the best results
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must
  • Experience in writing engaging marketing copies is a bonus
  • You have managed multiple projects or campaigns at the same time and you’ll have a strong sense of priorities to get things done in the most efficient way
  • Are data-driven and can understand complex data sets
