Daily Responsibilities:
● Configuring and scheduling CRM campaigns using internal and third-party tools;
● Verify asset quality; QA and test campaign setups to ensure error-free execution and accurate delivery;
● Perform post-launch checks to monitor campaign performance;
● Setting up campaigns via available communication channels (Push, In-App Messages, etc.) monitoring channel engagement (Click-through-rate, Open Rate), and suggesting channel
improvements;
● Collaborating with other teams across the business: Live Operations, Art/Graphic Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Social Media, VIP, Customer Service.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
● Preparing art briefs and writing marketing copies (emails, push notifications);
● Providing ideas for new campaign concepts;
● Suggesting areas of improvements (campaigns, tools, processes);
● Assist in troubleshooting Customer Service escalations related to CRM campaigns;
● Escalating issues that surface.
