1+ years of project management/coordination experience;
Naturally analytical, you have great planning and organisational skills and an ability to manage competing demands with attention to detail and a focus on execution;
You are able to differentiate between a tech and non-tech audience, tailoring your approach to each and ensuring everyone is on the same page;
Good experience in working with Jira, including advance filters, dashboards;
Experience in working in an agile and hybrid waterfall environment;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Обов’язки

Manage LiveOps production operations by overseeing planning, estimation process and delivery of LiveOps campaigns
Manage a team of 30+ people and coordinate work between different developers, artists and QA engineers, ensuring they have the support and communication needed
Build and maintain schedules, considering dependencies across multiple development teams, to ensure successful feature releases in alliance with the teams in London and cooperation with Product Director, Business Analyst and CRM representatives.
Be involved in the game initial discussions, facilitate meetings, help find optimal solutions that fit the product needs the best.
Remove blockers, help the team increase velocity, promote continuous communication, improve team dynamics.
Support the team by running daily stand-ups, schedule meetings, take notes and keep the team organized and on track, take a lead on retrospectives
Provide transparency on project status and risks to stakeholders in order to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts to upcoming releases
Track live issues affecting end users and ensure they are being followed up on and resolved
Make sure documentation (both project-related and technical) is on place and constantly updated
Support confluence pages of release, sending them out in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders and ensuring delivery is confirmed
