As a Community Designer, you will focus on motion graphics, animation, and design. You will be responsible for creating assets for marketing initiatives within our games and social based advertising. The artists will leverage a multitude of platforms, develop concepts, visual styles and create visually driven content & experiences. The individual must have a passion for visual storytelling, communication, be eager to learn and collaborate with our creative team.
— Good design sense, including composition, color, and typography.
— Minimum 1+ years of professional design experience.
— Proficient in Adobe software: After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
— Decent sense of timing, motion, and easing.
— Positive attitude and creative approach to problem-solving.
— Detail-oriented, organized workflow and deadline-focused.
— Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
— Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
— Knowledge of all the main social platforms and their respective specs.
— Short form Storytelling with limitations based on the medium or length (:05, :10, :15 & :30 spots)
— Good English level (Intermediate and higher)
— Experience in 3D is a plus.
