We’re looking for an awesome UI/UX Designer for Mobile App to join Californian startup with R&D team in Khmelnytskyi. Ideal candidate has a track-record of a beatifulll & convenient Mobile Apps (please share top 3 works)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Engaging User Interfaces: Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our mobile applications.
• User Experience Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to inform design decisions.
• Prototype Development: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers to implement innovative solutions.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of mobile app designs.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of Design Principles: Solid grasp of user-centered design, responsive design, and mobile app design standards.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Creative Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
