ProductCrafters — software-development company for startups based in Khmelnytskyi. Since 2016 we’ve helped our clients to launch 14 startups. We deliver MVPs that get investments (2 of 3 this year). One of our current projects continues over 3 years. We now have 10 people, 8 of whom are technical specialists. And 3 open vacancies for current projects.

Project description:
London-based e-commerce startup (fashion). We’ve developed a web-app MVP from scratch. The client got $500k investments and plans to continue development.
Team: 2 FE developers, 1 BE developer, QA.

Australian-based mobile dating app. We’ve developed an MVP from scratch. The client got investments. The app will be publicly launched within 2 months.
Team: 1 FE developer (maintenance).

We are looking for a PM who can take these 2 projects simultaneously until the dating app will increase the team size (and will be switched to another PM)

Hard-skills:

• 2+ years of project management experience;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written.

Soft-skills:

• Responsibility
• Great communication skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring high quality and timely delivery of customers business requirements within the specific business initiatives/projects;
• Plan sprints, control & make retrospectives;
• Managing project documentation;
• Track new changes, update invoices;
• Working on T&M and Fixed Price projects;
• Direct communication with customers.
