Our company is outstaffing, so all projects are different. Basically, the duration of projects is from half a year or more. The company has a flexible schedule and no tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project team through the entire project lifecycle using Kanban methodology.
Coordinate and facilitate 2-3 weekly team meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee the project’s technical aspects, ensuring alignment with the VueJS, GraphQL, and Strapi tech stack.
Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver on project goals and requirements.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budget effectively.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Ensure the project adheres to high-quality standards and meets customer expectations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably in digital product certification or related fields.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and contemporary project management methodologies, particularly Kanban.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Adaptability to changing project needs and technology trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
