Hard skills:

4+ years of programming experience with back end development

1+ year of experience in the Team Lead position

1+ year of experience with Python

Experiance with relational and non-relational DB

Intermediate level of English (is a must)

Will be a plus:

Experience in writing tests

Experience with Agile and CI / CD processes

Experience with AWS or other cloud environments

Logistics experience

Responsibilities:

Mentor the team, work on creating a growth plan

Interaction with the product manager for the team to determine the priorities of the tasks

Development, debugging, testing of new sites and web-services

Interaction with other members of the project team
