Обязанности

— Take part in the HR objective setting process, contribute to development of HR documentation, policies and guidelines. Ensure HR practices in action. Work with management and clients on employee performance, provide HR guidance to managers and employees in HR matters such as people management, interpersonal communication, performance management, employee development, conflict resolution based on acting principles and guidelines;
— Support and promote company culture and values;
— Proceed with retention and engagement activities;
— Perform full-cycle recruitment activities;
— Provide operational delivery of HR Administrative services. Be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters guided by the implemented HR procedures and policies. Maintain PE documentation;
— Ensure high quality in delivery of company benefits to team members;
— Hold satisfaction surveys and performance appraisal processes for the teams;
— Prepare HR budget and reporting;
— Conduct performance management related activities;
— Provide feedback, recognition to team members to encourage HR practices in action;
— Organize company events;
— Provide office management related activities to ensure supplies of products and service for office functioning;
— Deliver constant improvement and best practices;
