We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer with 2+ years of expirience and a specialized focus on Power Automate to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, customizing, and optimizing workflows in Power Automate to automate the company’s business processes. You will work on a wide range of tasks, from automating routine tasks to developing complex integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workflows in Power Automate (desktop and cloud) to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Integrate various data sources and systems to create comprehensive automated solutions.
• Test, debug, and optimize developed workflows.
• Train and support users in utilizing the developed automation solutions.
• Coach and support junior specialists in terms of Power Automate development.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Power Automate or similar business process automation tools.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of working with the Power Platform.
• Understanding of relational databases and API principles.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate with stakeholders, and analyze user requirements.
• High level of responsibility, results-oriented mindset, and desire for continuous improvement.
• Preparing of technical documentation as Solution Design Documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with other Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Microsoft Power Platform certification.
• Expirience working with UiPath platform.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Python.
• English B1 and higher.
