Main responsibilities:
Regional IT Service Desk agents have primary responsibilities as the first point of contact for end users. Through multiple channels, the agent is responsible for recording the details of reported IT service issues or service requests, and working to either restore/provide service as quickly as possible, or analyzing and/or escalating them to the appropriate specialist support groups.

Your profile should be:

✏️Good written and oral communication skills in English
✏️Technical mindset/interest in IT
✏️Customer service orientation
✏️Must demonstrate effective interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
✏️Ability to participate effectively in a large team of technology professionals
✏️Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
✏️Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
✏️Analytical and problem-solving abilities
✏️Experience in an international and multicultural work environment would be a preference
✏️Experience with various modern technologies would be a preference
