Your competency profile:

📍 A College/University degree, or relevant and equal work experience (share why and how it’s relevant and equal with us!)
📍 Experience telling stories for diverse audiences and a portfolio to prove it
📍 A track record of being comfortable sending out content to thousands of people without needing approval
📍 Prior experience in email marketing and/or online writing with examples
📍 Ease in writing a variety of lengths of content — from 25 characters to 1500 words
📍 A self-starter with the ability to work independently with little oversight and direction
📍 A collaborative mindset and go-getter attitude
📍 Not afraid to ask for help when you need it
📍 The ability to prioritize work and switch between tasks quickly and efficiently
📍 There is a creative flair through all your writing, but you let customer data drive you
📍 Native English speaker, C1 level equivalent, or the past 2 years working/studying in an English language-dominant environment
📍 A passion for learning (bonus points if you speak more than one language)
📍 An interest in education models for the future, not the present

📍 Experience in managing content calendars a plus

Currently we’re looking for a Copywriter to create beautiful, easy to understand content for the Inbound team that instills confidence in users, and drives conversions through the funnel.

Your expected outcomes:

📍 Assist the SEO team on crafting human, compelling, SEO texts for search descriptions and on-page text
📍 Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager to brainstorm, write, edit, and refine content for one of Preply’s most important channels
📍 Manage and run A/B tests on copy based on data and customer analysis
📍 Work with Customer Success to edit success stories, and find creative ways to integrate them into the Preply brand
📍 Continuously measure the performance of your work and always be looking for ways to improve defined channel metrics
📍 A willingness to provide inputs to the voice of Preply and play an active part in refining and improving it
📍 Work collaboratively on a team of copywriters, closing feedback loops and constantly sharing insights and new knowledge
