To do this work in the best possible way you need to have:
3+ years of recruiting experience with significant experience in multi-location hiring;
Demonstrated experience with work prioritization and process improvement skills;
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills;
Previous global Executive search experience preferred;
Extensive knowledge of IT industry, recruiting trends and methods;
Attention to details, multitasking, high level of responsibility, initiative and motivation;

Design and deliver repeatable and innovative talent sourcing, multi-location and high volume strategies;
Manage the recruiting process through sourcing, screening, and selection.
Responsible and accountable for filling positions within designated area.
Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent, with a focus on pipeline development for key positions;
Maintain a highly engaged pipeline of leadership talent through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
Leverage and maintain data, reports and performance metrics to drive increased productivity and insights;
Conducting qualification trainings for recruitment team and Hiring Managers;
Tactical expertise and ability to build effective and long-lasting client relationships.
