Обязанности

— Manage new tutors’ approvals/ tutors’ changes to the profile on time;
— Conduct quality checks to ensure the processes are executed according to Preply’s standards;
— Ability to organize the processes and plan team’s capacity;
— Work on building a Preply community for tutors, and enable tutors to create and animate a community within their students, all within the Preply platform;
— Support the tutor training team with ad-hoc tasks;
— Ability to work with data, prepare related reports
— Suggest improvements to the current processes based on the both qualitative and quantitative insights;
— Ensure approval of tutors in top and other subjects;
— Gather feedback and escalate accordingly to Preply product and methodology teams.

Mission:

Preply is looking to add a new member to its Tutor Success Squad. Members of this squad play a critical role in the quality of our customer experience and tutors accepted on the platform by acting as coaches to our tutors, guiding them on creating powerful profiles on Preply and offering tips for continued success. This team also ensures proactive and relevant communication with the tutors through different channels. This is a full-time role, based in our Kyiv office.
