We are currently searching for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with JavaScript experience, passionate in QA field, and willing to work on educational platform project. This person will join our SDET Team and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising test automation process. This role will require good technical skills in JS-based technologies. Our Senior Software Development Engineer in Test will work on creating high-quality testable product that satisfies business and customer needs.

Your expected outcomes:

• Propose and help to implement automation best practices using JS technologies
• Investigate or create the new one automation framework and indicate gaps, problems, and help us to fix all problems
• Work closely with developers and give them an instrument of automation, share knowledge of how they can cover new features using testing framework
• Conduct training sessions for SDETs, share experience and best practices in JS automation world
• Propose ideas of improving testing process, and be ready to lead it

Your competency profile:

• Experience in creating and maintaining automation using JS with Puppeteer (or other JS automation framework)
• Experience in web, back-end, and mobile automation
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Advanced with locators creation (XPath, CSS)
• Strong communication skills
• High level of self-organization
• Advanced Git user
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with Unix, MacOS, Windows
• Minimum English level — B2
