— Manage Product listings on various review platforms (Capterra, G2, Crozdesk). Ensure consistency (both factual and brand) and continuously work on improving performance.
— Manage consumer interactions across all social channels and review platforms. Monitor brand mentions and product reviews.
— Facilitate PR/communication and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets/bloggers and influencers.
— Organize, improve and ensure consistency of product and brand materials and collaterals.
— Develop new marketing collateral materials to enhance lead/customer experience.
— Participate in other similar activities that can support the marketing team.
