We’re looking for an Integration Manager to manage the external integrations. Functional Responsibility: Integrations with accounting systems QuickBooks, Xero, and Slack.

Our ideal candidate should be strong, highly motivated, and stress-resistant.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Managing product requirements and delivery

• Gather and prioritize feedback, and requests.
• Organize raw input into a Product requirement document.
• Manage the release cycle and feature delivery.

Managing product quality and reach KPIs

• Define the quality and success metrics and track them.
• Set up KPIs for integrations.
• Managing the backlog and delivery to reach the KPIs.
• Standardize all of the existing integrations into one flow.

Deliver new integrations

• Define top priorities and create a development plan.
• Work on the delivery, quality, metrics, and KPIs, and repeat for the next integrations.

What we look for (requirements)

• Practical experience with API or creating integrations with complex systems with 2-way live synchronization.
• Familiar with QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting systems.
• Mastering the project scoping and documenting
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Delivered at least one integration with the complex system — accounting, CRM, HRiS
• Passionate about the game-changing impact on the product
• Extremely honest and open-minded to the feedback
• Ability to predict problems
