Manual QA Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate has an analytical and troubleshooting mindset, learns quickly, and is willing to discover new opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year of experience as a QA engineer
• Solid knowledge of Client-server architecture and API testing
• Hands-on experience with functional, exploratory and web testing
• Understanding of software lifecycle and role of QA in IT
• At least Intermediate level of English (B1)

Nice-to-have skills:

• Education related to math, computer science, or economics.
• Hands-on experience with integration testing, GUI testing
• Understanding of database management
• Automation skills

What you’ll do:

• Perform formal and exploratory testing
• Submit bug reports and define bugs’ importance
• Manage incoming bugs from clients and other team members before sending to developers
• Prepare test cases
• Investigate tricky bugs
• Track and own bugs during their lifecycle

The interview process consists of:

• Intro call with our recruiter (30 min)
• Test task
• Interview with the QA Lead (1 hour)
