Senior SDR (LinkedIn+Email)

We’re looking for a best-in-class Senior SDR who knows all the ins and outs of executing and then building a successful, scalable outbound machine with LinkedIn and email channels.

We need to increase the count of scheduled meetings and sales opportunities to generate more revenue.

Challenges:

You have to learn and understand the product, ICP, industry, and market and how unique we are. After initial success in 3-6 months, you’d be on track to building and scaling a team. This can be intense but very very interesting.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  • Schedule meetings through multi-channel outreach: Proactively identify new business opportunities using a multi-channel outreach approach for our detailed and successful ICP.
  • Build Outbound Sales Machine: use your prior successful experience to build a scalable appointment-setting machine through key outbound channels of LinkedIn and email in combination with high-targeted ABM ads. Scale your team through time to bring more SQLs and Opportunities.
  • Lead Nurturing: Pick low-hanging fruits by nurturing LinkedIn subscribers, website visitors, and email subscribers which should convert into leads.
  • Take advantage of our wonderful Research team: we have 2 highly efficient research people who already research and find the best accounts and contacts using a modern tech stack.
  • Contribute to Sales Process Improvement: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, sharing insights and contributing to ongoing optimization of lead generation, qualification, and sales strategies

What we look for (requirements)

  • Excellent command of the English language, written for sure and preferably spoken too, with native or near-native fluency
  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in an SDR role, with a successful track record ideally in B2B SaaS. But we can consider inexperienced but very motivated people.

Expected achievements in 6 months:

  • Schedule 10 qualified meetings a month, which should result in 6 opportunities a month.

Expected achievements In 6–12 months:

  • Schedule 12 qualified meetings a month, which should result in 8 opportunities a month.
