We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trainee Product Manager to join our fast-growing team in the QA department . Our ideal candidate has an analytical and troubleshooting mindset, learns quickly, and is willing to discover new opportunities.

🏡 Important: we are looking for a person with the opportunity to work from our office in Kyiv

Initial Focus — Quality Assurance:

Start your journey by working closely with our development and QA teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. You’ll assist in the investigation of incoming bugs, submit bug reports and define bugs` importance, prepare test cases and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality releases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You will interact with engineers, developers and other product managers to understand user needs and product requirements, while contributing to testing and ensuring that product features align with user needs.

Learn the Product Lifecycle:
As you gain experience in QA, you’ll also begin to familiarize yourself with the full product development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmaps, user feedback, and feature prioritization.

Transition to Product Management:
Over time, you’ll be given opportunities to grow into a Product Manager or any other department (QA) with responsibilities such as defining managing requirements and transforming them into task descriptions, planning feature implementation, preparing the analytics.

📍What we are looking for (requirements)

• Understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Understanding of Client-server architecture, API testing
• Experience of doing functional and exploratory testing
• Understanding the needs of Testing/Quality Control/Quality Assurance and their goals

📍Nice-to-have skills

• Basic knowledge of database management
  Experience of doing integration testing, GUI testing
• Knowledge of programming
• Automation skills, ability to develop new automation tests in existing framework and debug existing ones (Currently our stack is Python+Selenium)

📍What you’ll do (responsibilities)

• Perform formal and exploratory testing
• Submit bug reports and define bugs’ importance
• Manage incoming bugs from clients and other team members before sending to developers
• Prepare test cases
• Investigate tricky bugs
• Track and own bugs during their lifecycle
