Responsibilities:

As a new hire in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data, improving processes, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. Below are your key responsibilities:

  • Data Accuracy & Validation:
  • Review invoices and identify/correct errors.
  • Proactively create a list of enhancements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.
  • Data Labeling:
  • Train the AI processor to improve data recognition.
  • Manually adjust and correct field positions on invoices to fine-tune AI performance.
  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
  • Analyze errors, collaborate with the integration provider, and liaise with the Customer Support team to resolve issues.
  • Manage support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to track performance and improvements.

Your work will directly influence the precision and efficiency of our product.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting JSON files and API responses.
  • Solid practical experience with SQL.
  • English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles.
  • Educational background in technology or economics.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience in technical support.
  • A meticulous attention to detail with no tolerance for errors.


The Interview Process Includes:

  • An introductory call with our recruiter (30 min)
  • An interview with the hiring manager (60 min)
