We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our fast-growing team. Our ideal candidate has an analytical and troubleshooting mindset, learns quickly, and is willing to discover new opportunities.

🏡 Important: we are looking for a person with the opportunity to work from our office in Kyiv

📍What we are looking for (requirements)

• 1+ year of experience as a QA engineer
• Solid knowledge of Client-server architecture and API testing
• Hands-on experience with functional and exploratory testing
• Proven experience with web testing
• Understanding of software lifecycle, role of QA in IT, needs of Testing/Quality Control/Quality Assurance and their goals
• At least Intermediate level of English (B1)

📍Nice-to-have skills

• Education related to math, computer science, or economics.
• Hands-on experience with integration testing, GUI testing
• Experience with integrations testing
• Understanding of database management
• Knowledge of programming
• Automation skills: the ability to develop new automation tests in the existing framework and debug existing ones

📍What you’ll do (responsibilities)

• Perform formal and exploratory testing
• Submit bug reports and define bugs’ importance
• Manage incoming bugs from clients and other team members before sending to developers
• Prepare test cases
• Investigate tricky bugs
• Track and own bugs during their lifecycle
