We’re looking for a strong and highly motivated Product Manager to manage the feature development and release management.

🏡 Important: we are looking for a person with the opportunity to work in our office in Kyiv.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

• Manage the complete development cycle: Oversee all deliverables, releases, and hotfixes for test and production environments.
• Manage the customer’s satisfaction with the Catalog and Inventory module: Develop new features for creating catalogs and tracking inventory.
• Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize them, and define the final scope of work.
• Problem-solving: Tackle ad-hoc problems that arise during development and release.
• Team leadership: Manage a team of 1-2 developers and QA, working alongside other product managers and developers.

What we look for (requirements)

• Educational background: Technology or economics.
• Experience: At least 2 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency: Solid understanding of SQL and best UX practices.
• Task & time management: Ability to manage your workload and team without micromanagement.
• Communication skills: Upper-intermediate level of English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Critical thinking: Ability to assess priorities and solve problems independently.
• Leadership potential: The role includes future opportunities to lead your team and manage your product area.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience: Background in product or project management, technical support, or customer-facing roles, particularly in finance-related products.
• Honesty and openness: A transparent approach to feedback and a willingness to grow from it.
• Problem anticipation: Ability to foresee potential issues before they become critical
