Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full charge of our paid acquisition channels, improve overall performance, and drive better results. Our ideal candidate will have full ownership to manage existing processes and experiment with new advertising channels.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Take complete ownership of Paid marketing in Precoro:

  • Conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring of our Paid Search and Paid Social Marketing activities (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Developing, testing, and improving other PPC and PPL campaigns (Capterra, Software Advice, etc.)
  • Definition and monitoring of relevant KPIs as well as independent campaign management based on these metrics
  • Conducting complex analyses and evaluating campaigns, deriving actionable recommendations
  • Independent development of initiatives and experiments for continuous performance optimization
  • Initiating and realizing operational as well as strategic projects

What we look for (requirements)

  • Excellent analytical thinking, a passion for working with numbers, and the ability to deliver thoughtful solutions based on data analyses
  • Quick comprehension and structured work approach
  • B2B Performance Marketing experience
  • Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Proactive and open-minded thinking, enjoyment in questioning existing structures
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Excellent English skills (B2 and higher)

Nice-to-have skills

  • Experience working with global markets (NA, UK, EU, LATAM)
  • CRO experience is a plus
