We’re looking for a dedicated Project Manager who can improve the quality of the weekly application release. Our ideal candidate is responsible and able to work with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do (responsibilities)
- Manage all the deliverables, releases, and hotfixes for the test and production environments
- Ensuring that all tasks are communicated well and have clear deadlines. Everyone knows what should be done and when
- Tracking everyone making updates clearly
- Facilitate critical product changes notifications procedure
- Manage risks and proactively resolve project blockers (staff time off, vacations, failed tasks, bad communication, etc.)
- Organize product and tech documentation processes
What we look for (requirements)
- Proven experience in release management at a B2B company
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team with 15+ developers
- Master of time and task management
- Empathetic approach to management
- Proactive work ethic
- Excellent knowledge in scrum, agile, kanban.
- Upper-intermediate English
Nice-to-have skills
- Familiarity with Asana
- Completed PMI courses
