SEO Manager

Precoro is looking for an SEO Manager with a strong analytical mindset and team skills to work closely with the Marketing team and Product teams on organic traffic growth and organic conversions growth for our Product. We already have a certain organic presence established and growing, so we are looking for an experienced search engine optimization specialist to structure, further develop, enhance and execute organic channel strategy.

You will work closely with a great team of content creators: Marketing managers, and two Junior Content Writers. Our product is in the Procurement niche, closely intersecting with Accounting, Supplier Chain, and Spend Management categories with a lot of growth potential.

This position is currently for remote work globally (however, we would prefer to share a similar timezone for the team’s convenience. Currently, all of the teammates are based in Europe in GMT+1/GMT+2 timezones).

Our Marketing Tools/Tech Stack

  3. Hubspot (for Landing pages)
  4. Google Analytics/Search Console/Tag Manager

  6. Website localized in 4 Languages (English, German, French, Spanish)

Requirements:

— Good command of English

— 3+ years of experience in building and executing SEO strategies with proven positive growth results to share.

— Experience in technical SEO audits and creating technical tasks for developers;

— Experience in writing SEO content requirements for content creators;

— Experience white hat link building;

— Ability to work independently, a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Would be a plus:

— Working language level in Spanish, French, or German;

— Experience in financial, procurement, saas, and tech fields;

— Knowledge of best practices for a wide variety of texts for Blogs, Social Media, Ads, SEO, and UX.

— Experience with localization tools and CMS systems.

Responsibilities:

— Monitor, report, and own organic channel performance;

— Based on the data, drive SEO growth strategy to meet traffic and conversion goals;

— Audit website and content to improve on-page SEO content strategy;

— Provide SEO guidelines and search engine friendly feedback to the content team and other stakeholders to build an optimal Content Strategy.

— Develop link-building outreach from concept to execution;

— Track and manage content, link, or architecture SEO issues and own their resolution;

— Raise in-team SEO expertise.

Selection Process

We will hold a 3-step selection process:

  1. A short initial interview with a recruiter
  2. A test task
  3. Interview with a Team Lead

The process usually takes up to two weeks. We strive to provide feedback for the test task within 2-3 days after receiving your materials.
