Our goal is to win North American and European markets to replace spreadsheets and paper in spend management and purchasing processes to generate savings for our customers.
We’re a team of 50, proud of building a product in Ukraine and selling it worldwide.
We’re looking for an Account Executive who’ll help us expand our sales in the Mid-Market segment for North America or the European region.
In this role, you will:
- Qualify, demo, and close inbound leads;
- Develop a strong understanding of the product and demonstrate expertise;
- Demonstrate talent and hustle — the ability to drive the sales cycle with CEOs, Finance, and Procurement decision-makers;
- Enable natural curiosity, emotional intelligence, and empathy to understand your client’s pains and problems at a personal level and ensure the most efficient solutions;
- Ensure successful conversion rate in ’sales opportunity -> closed won’;
- Systematically meet and raise quota quarterly;
- Analyze customer requirements and communicate them with the product team;
- Establishing long-term relationships with clients to build trust and maintain high levels of client satisfaction;
- Forecast and manage pipeline through Hubspot Sales Professional CRM.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
- 1+ years of software selling consistently and delivering at and above quota;
- B2B background ideal: Software / SaaS or other related industry;
- Challenger approach, solution selling, energetic demeanor, tenacity to win;
- Advanced English.
