As a Customer Success Manager, you will cultivate relationships with the Precoro client base, ensuring that they achieve maximum value from our product and encouraging them to expand their usage of the software. You will be responsible for working directly with clients throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring that there is alignment in a shared customer journey that aligns with adoption, expansion of software usage, and renewal.
