Technical Project Manager (вакансія неактивна)

As an agency, we need a Technical Project Manager to coordinate communication and delivery to our Clients.

We are a fully remote boutique digital agency working with North American AI or blockchain startups.

#JOB DESCRIPTION

1. You’ll get the project from the biz dev team with the detailed technical proposal document already created.
   You’ll help the dev team estimate the proposal and plan the delivery date.
   
2. You divide the project into Trello tasks based on a technical proposal and assure delivery within time and budget.
   
3. You’ll work with a remote team of skilled engineers and must be technical enough to propose technical solutions, debug issues, deploy the project to the cloud, and test it.
   
4. You update the customer weekly with detailed project updates, such as Loom videos and reports.
   
5. You update the management weekly with the project and resource plans, resolve impediments, and develop improvements to the process and the internal infrastructure.

You are responsible for estimating, planning, and delivering the projects within the original plan.

We pay well: you’ll have fixed market pay + bonuses and the potential to kick off the next big thing.

The job is ideal for switchers who have learned some coding but are still more comfortable in client-facing positions.

#IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Looking for a full-time job;
• Available 8 am to 5 pm in ET timezone;
• Fluent English;
• Looking to learn AI & blockchain tech — we’ll help you to get in;
• At least one year of experience with Node/React/NextJS;
• Know how to check API;
• Some experience with Web3/OpenAI API.
• Commitment to deadlines and making things happen!

— Responsible and committed: you don’t miss deadlines repeatedly. Just a grown-up communication about the project’s progress is enough;

— Can work with documentation: Projects are usually simple, and documentation is basic. We don’t point fingers if something is missed in the documents and not done, though we expect you to have common sense and document basic things.
