Requirements:

  • Proven experience in successfully managing the process of outbound lead generation;
  • Excellent spoken and written English. At least advanced (C1) level is a must;
  • 1+ years experience as a Team Lead or Head of Sales;
  • 3+ years of experience in digital B2B sales for the US and/or Western Europe markets;
  • Experience in full-cycle sales;
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or other CRM;
  • Understanding of the IT consulting industry.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with nurturing and closing high-ticket clients (possibly using ABM);
  • Experienced with AI/ML or IT services domain, cause it’s our focused offers;
  • Previous experience as Project Manager or Product Manager. It’s useful for efficiently composing proposals of customers’ solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale up the process of outbound lead generation;
  • Managing multiple ABM campaigns from the sales side;
  • Manage internal educational process;
  • Monitoring with competitor’s market;
  • Managing and regular update of the internal knowledge base;
  • Regular reviewing of all sales artifacts (emails, calls, messages, etc.) to improve the communication process;
  • Analyzing and creating hypotheses to improve the current process;
  • Handle outbound leads by emails, social networks, and calls;
  • Handle inbound leads the same way;
  • Search for potential customers;
  • Setting tasks for collecting contact databases.
