We are looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join our small (currently 2 people) QA team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing
  • experience in testing of Web applications
  • understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • knowledge of QA test documentation standards and tools
  • experience in test case creation and maintenance
  • understanding of Agile/SCRUM principles
  • understanding of CI/CD concepts
  • quick learner with interest in professional growth (including the possibility of growth in automation)

Would be a plus

  • mobile testing experience
  • automation testing (JS / TS / WebDriverIO)

What you will do

  • analyze and review specifications and technical design documents
  • generate test cases and checklists based on the requirements and documentation
  • understand and follow the master test plan and/or the project plan
  • identify, record, document, and track bugs
  • prioritize test cases and defects based on risk analysis
  • cooperate with the Customer Success Team on processing user issues and feedback
  • test software releases by executing assigned tests (manual/automated)
  • update test cases based on the discovered defects
