We expect you will:
Have at least 1 year of experience as a BA in the development team;
Analyze and develop requirements for engineering team;
Understand every tiny detail in the flows, consider dependencies and identify gaps;
Be able go deep into complex problems and decompose it;
Work closely with product manager to understand the context and business goals;
Work with engineering team, design, marketing and busdev on defining best solutions;
Make sure the whole team is on the same page on understanding feature requirements;
Participate in refinement, planning and estimation sessions;
Support requirements and communication with team during delivery and take initiatives on resolving problems;
Good communicator and team player;
Analytical and system thinker;
Strong English (both spoken and written);
Great sense of irony.

Experience working in a product company;
Experience working with the marketplace;

With the development team on this project you will be responsible for work with requirements, identifying and analysing project stakeholders, taking a deep dive into the analysis of client’s needs.
