Middle Web Developer (Marketing) (вакансія неактивна)

Київ, віддалено

Poklyk is a product company that develops and advances our web and mobile applications — Orderry and RO App, designed for SME automation. We help businesses streamline processes and move toward a more technological approach.

We are seeking a Web Developer to join our Marketing Department. You will own the technical foundation of our brand landing sites — migrating them from a legacy PHP stack to a modern, maintainable architecture and building new features that directly support lead generation and SEO performance. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to move fast and deliver quality, with our DevOps team handling infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Tech Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Directus, PostgreSQL, Docker.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience with React and Next.js
  • Strong TypeScript skills and understanding of type-safe development practices
  • Experience with headless CMS solutions (Directus, Strapi, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SEO technical fundamentals — SSR, SSG, metadata, structured data, Core Web Vitals
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and ability to write and optimize queries
  • Ability to write and maintain Dockerfiles for building necessary images, alongside Docker Compose configuration for local development
  • Experience with Git
  • Ability to provide accurate estimates and deliver tasks within deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Own the development and maintenance of our landing sites
  • Lead the migration of existing PHP-based sites to the Next.js + Directus stack
  • Implement new landing pages, A/B test variants, and conversion-focused features in close collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain and extend the CMS so that the marketing team can manage content independently
  • Ensure site performance, SEO health, and stability
  • Prepare Docker configurations
  • Participate in code reviews with the frontend and backend departments, maintaining shared quality standards

It would be a plus:

  • Basic PHP reading ability — existing sites are written in PHP, and understanding legacy code will ease the migration
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Lighthouse, or similar SEO/performance tooling
  • Understanding of core web application security principles and common vulnerabilities (OWASP)
  • Experience with Kubernetes or GCP
  • Basic understanding of marketing goals and conversion metrics

Working terms:

  • Official employment with all the accompanying benefits.
  • Direct involvement in product development, as we discuss each improvement proposal with the entire team.
  • The opportunity to work with one of the leading IT companies in business automation is recognized as essential to the Ukrainian economy.
  • Flexible working arrangements, whether hybrid or fully remote.
  • 18 vacation days, 10 days off, and paid sick leave.
  • Access to English language courses for professional growth.
  • Reimbursement for professional development activities, including courses, webinars, and related resources
