We are looking for a specialist eager to start their career in customer service — a fast learner with a growth mindset, open to feedback and self-improvement, flexible and adaptable to change.

Schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off
Working hours: 8:00 — 20:00, lunchtime included.

Requirements:

— English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
— Clear and literate verbal and written communication in Ukrainian
— Strong interpersonal skills — ability to interact with people kindly, respectfully, even in stressful situations, and to de-escalate conflicts.
— Responsibility and punctuality — ability to follow schedules and instructions, and stay focused on results
— Attentiveness, resilience, and problem-solving mindset — readiness to dive into a problem and figure out the solution independently, even when it isn’t obvious
— Knowledge of additional languages at the Intermediate+ level is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

— Adhere to performance metrics standards, ensuring efficient work.
— Communicate with users through customer support tools via chat, tickets, and phone.
— Provide expert guidance to clients regarding the company’s products and services. Investigate incidents related to product functionality and assist users in their resolution.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries. Escalate complex or specialized requests to specialized teams.
— Identify opportunities and participate in implementing initiatives to improve support processes that enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
