Our perfect candidate has:

— 3+ years of retention marketing experience;

— Strong understanding of key CRM metrics;

— Team management skills;

— Hands-on in CRM activities through email, SMS, messengers, push-notifications;

— Great analytical skills;

— Experience in gambling is a plus.


— Planning and implementing a retention strategy for the product;

— Building customer strategies and customer journey maps,

— Defining levels of personalization, required contact frequency, etc.;

— Designing, planning, executing, and measuring a road-map of tests across communication channels in order to meet revenue targets and improve the customer experience;

— Continuous reviewing and improving product promotions;

— Growing of key CRM indicators: OR, CTOR, paid2open, repeat rate, AVG check, ARPPU, survival rate, churn rate;

— Increasing the growth rates: own revenue gross, by segments, site, platform, location;

— Conducting customer journey analysis & improvement;

— Multi-segmentation: free/paid/potential-VIP/VIP models of customers retention;

— Team management.
