Crypto / Web3 Listing Manager/Agent/Partner (Part-time, High Commission)

We are growing our Web3 & Crypto ecosystem and are looking for a Listing / Business Development Sales Agent to expand PointPay products across USA, Canada, LatAm and Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam).

Cooperation format: Remote / Sales Agent (independent contractor, non-exclusive)
You are free to collaborate with other companies in parallel.

Your responsibilities

• Present and sell PointPay products
• Find new clients through cold and warm outreach
• Work with warm leads from supervisors (when available)
• Close deals and onboard partners
• Support clients after deal closure (handover / basic account support)

• Junior specialists willing to grow in Crypto/Web3
• Experienced BD / Listing managers
• Strong communication and sales mindset
• Self-organized, result-driven

Conditions

• Remote, part-time or full-time
• Start ASAP
• Payment: commission is paid per closed deal (no delays)

Commission Structure:

• Sales from $1,000 to $4,999 — 7%

• Sales from $5,000 to $9,999 — 10%

• Sales from $10,000 to $19,999 — 15%

• Sales from $20,000 and above — 18%

• Sales reaching $50,000 — 20%

• Sales reaching $100,000 — 25%
