We are seeking an experienced Media Sales Specialist for our Agency Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in media sales or a related field.
The Media Sales Specialist plays a crucial role within our organization. They will be responsible for managing and growing sales opportunities, coordinating efforts between various internal teams, and ensuring our clients achieve outstanding results with their advertising campaigns.

Experience with online advertising, analytics, and social media.
Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Solid project management skills.
Ability to manage large customer relationships, and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decisions.
Ability to prioritize and comfortable managing multiple sales pitches and projects.
Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond.

Find and secure deals with big companies who want to advertise their brand or media agencies.
Use your knowledge about how media agencies work and understand how to buy campaigns and plan digital advertising.
Regularly meet with new potential clients and existing ones to learn about their advertising goals and suggest ways our products can help them.
Consistently meet sales goals and make sure our clients have a great experience working with us.
Work closely with other teams to make sure advertising campaigns launch smoothly and get feedback on how they’re doing.
Keep up to date with what’s happening in the market and with our competitors, and attend events to find new business opportunities.
Make accurate predictions about how much money we’ll make from sales.
Handle any problems our clients have quickly and politely, and come up with solutions to stop them from happening again.
