• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good analytical skills and the ability to deeply understand the business logic and goals of the product
• Confident communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) and client-server architecture
• Experience in writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
• English: Intermediate level or higher
• Leadership potential and ability to take initiative in task coordination
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, etc.)
• Background in business analysis, support, or project coordination
