— Responsible for tasks distribution and on time delivery

— Responsible for DevOps team motivation
— Perform 1 on 1 meetings with direct reporters on a weekly basis
— Responsible for Evaluation (marks, goals)
— Determine staff training needs
*Administrative*
— Investigation of customers complains and further communication
— DevOps resource management
— Enforcement of policies and procedures across the department
— Dev team representation and advocating on different stakeholders meetings
— 2+ years of experience in managing software development projects
— Solid analytics expertise (retro, reports, improvements plan...)
— Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time
— Hands-on experience using task tracking systems, ideally Jira
— Solid soft skills is a must
