We are looking for an experienced Quantitative Analysis Team Leader who has the research and development solid experience in the field of mathematical modeling (trading, computer vision, sport etc.) to supervise and control the development of the new Math direction.
— You will be the first in command in Math stream responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success;
— You’ll have plenty of autonomy to execute your models from idea to code to validation to (hopefully) deployment, integrating your well documented and tested code into our internal libraries to help in prediction for sports;
— It is quite likely that you will work on models for in-game predictions or understanding how the actions of our clients affect the gambling markets, both of which are growing areas of the business;
— Revise and re-load the concept of our trading approach.
— Delivery good-enough solutions within reasonable terms;
— Design of new services based on functional and non-functional requirements;
— Research, prototyping, development and inception of sport prediction models;
— Development of tools for validation of sports models;
— Improvement and maintenance of existing models;
— Using different Data Science and Machine Learning approaches for building recommendation, classification, clustering and other customer systems;
— Manage technical backlog and debt;
— Team management and mentorship.
— Knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics, Monte-Carlo methods;
— Knowledge of methods of mathematical optimization, numerical methods;
— Experience in building predictive models and validation, application and monitoring of such models;
— Knowledge and hands-on experience with data analysis, data mining, machine learning;
— Software Design knowledge: OOD, OOP, design patterns, microservices;
— Strong knowledge of .NET Core C#/F# or Python;
— Analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Management skills.
— Familiarity with sports betting industry;
— Experience with R/Python for data analysis and visualization;
— Experience with UnitTests, Integration Tests, Performance profiling;
— Hands-on experience in programming on GPU;
— Experience with microservices architecture;
— Experience in big data solutions;
— Work experience in an Agile environment.
