— 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects;
— Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time;

— Perform 1 on 1 meetings with direct reporters on a weekly basis;
— Responsible for Evaluation (marks, goals);
— Responsible for Leads, Dev team members career development;
— Determine staff training needs.
— Investigation and communication of customers complains;
— Dev resource management;
— Enforcement of policies and procedures across department;
— Dev team representation and advocating on different stakeholders meetings.
