Responsibilities:

— Develop and implement Fin Tech product strategy consistent with company vision;
— Establish timelines and product benchmarks;
— Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional goals;
— Create product plans and roadmaps in cooperation with senior management and peers;
— Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities;
— Responsible for ownership of product voice and vision;
— Enforce data driven culture: from idea assessment to the features performance tracking;
— Rally other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes;
— Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products;
— Bring new satellite products to market to empower the main platform;
— Evangelise product culture within the organization;
— Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

— Experience in Fin tech projects required;
— 5+ years of experience in product management within dynamic, agile environments. Consumer-facing product experience or complex platform are preferred;
— Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science;
— Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams;
— Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions.
