— Be responsible for quality of ongoing test documentation: test plan, test case, checklist, summary test reports.
— Defines the effort and time costs of a QA task (estimation).
— Plans capacity and analyzes velocity of QA team.
— Directly participates in the process of distribution of tasks between QA Engineers.
— Uses QA Metrics to analyze product quality at each stage of development.
— Provide QA reports for projects.
— Playing a quality gateway role for release on project level.
— Define testing tools needs for QA Team.
— Define test design and test execution approaches.
— Influence on Quality approaches and standards.
— Define, estimate and prioritize scope of automation, monitors and report progress.
— Responsible for mentoring and supervising in QA team.
— People development, performance and conflict management in the team.
— Conducts interviews with candidates for QA positions and be responsible for efficient onboarding.
— At least 5 years’ experience in test roles in total and experience +2 years in QA Lead position.
— Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
— Strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to inspire others.
— Strong knowledge of REST.
— Strong knowledge of DB(MS SQL Server \ PostgreSQL)
— Experience testing web applications.
— Experience with Agile Scrum / Kanban methodology.
— Experience with Payment systems will be a plus.
— Experience in creation of test documentation.
— Experience with with CI/CD.
— Experience with Kafka.
— Experience with Kibana.
— Ability to multitask and work on multiple project in parallel.
— Intermediate English level.
