Incident Coordinator (вакансия неактивна)


You will be responsible for:

— Following and manage full Incident management and Problem management processes;
— Improve and optimize Incident management process;
— Follow up SLA and increase incident and problem closure on PROD;
— Tickets coordination for complex issues, troubleshooting and recovery/resolution management
— Assist with change management process and following of maintenance tickets
— Debug complex issues, make decision, problem solving;
— Optimize SLA and set up of business communication;
— Creation production documentations;
— Ability to perform the on call duty as scheduled and assist with coverage as needed.

We’re expecting:

— Minimum 1-2 year experience in project management (experience project coordinator) or experience in the same position;
— High level of proficiency with Jira, Confluence or other tracking systems;
— Problem solving skills;
— Understanding workflow technical support (L1,L2,L3);
— Good presentation skills;
— Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize on an ongoing basis, time management of self;
— Understanding SDLC;
— Knowledge of Agile methodology;
— Intermediate level of English and higher;
— Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) — must.

Will be plus:

— Knowledge ITIL/COBIT;
— Experience risk management;
— Experience in technical support.
