— C&B Policies development, implementation and update on regular basis (Salary Review, Annual Bonus, Individual Incentive Schemes);
— Benefit catalogue development and automatization;
— Staff cost budgeting and analysis;
— Ensuring C&B processes are working properly;
— Employees consulting on C&B processes and policies;
— Ad-hoc project’s tasks according to business needs.
— At least 2 years of relevant C&B experience;
— Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel);
— Strong analytical and communication skills;
— At least Intermediate English level;
— 1C knowledge would be an advantage;
— Ability to work in a multitasking environment and manage time effectively.
