Coordinate with Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

5+ years of Proven working experience in finding the best talents
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or competency-based interviews)
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Business acumen and market insight
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
