— Full support of merchant account application procedure (preparation of corporate documents, application form filling, communication with providers and internal teams);
— Internal KYC and compliance checks;
— Alignment of company’s products and website in accordance with PSPs requirements;
— Effective communication with all parties of the process;
— Creation and implementation of effective work plans, setting exact priorities.
— Good command of English (Upper-intermediate and higher);
— 1+ year of experience as an account manager or similar role;
— Experience in communication with foreign customers or partners;
— Understanding basic principles of contractual relations;
— Understanding KYC and compliance procedures;
— Basic understanding of corporate cash flow, income and expenses;
— Basic understanding of how domains and websites operate;
— Advanced user of Google Search, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), task tracking systems, cloud storages etc.
Would be a plus:
— Experience in online payments.
