— Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools.

— Experience of team members mentoring or leading will be a plus.

— Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team.
— Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media.
— Enlarge and manage candidates’ database.
— Work out recruitment strategy and optimization plan to make sure the hiring process is efficient and smooth for candidates and the Company.
— Track and analyze pipeline and performance data on a regular basis.
— Research and benchmark Ukraine Tech market and industry trends.
— Work closely with the Company’s in-house recruiter and provide professional mentoring and support.
— Participatе in common projects of the HR Team.
