● B.Sc. in Computer Science or SW/Computer Engineering
● Commercial experience in Software engineering in Embedded Application Development
● Good knowledge of C/C++
● Experience with Linux applications development
● Hands on experience with build systems (autotools)
● Understanding of OSI model, knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols
● Experience with cross-platform application development
● Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
● Knowledge of technical English at Intermediate level and higher
● Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
● Customer orientation, motivated and flexible

Будет плюсом

● Experience with Layer 2/Layer 3 networking protocols implementation
● Experience with any of BGP, OSPF, etc. routing protocols, etc. would be a big advantage
● OOD / design patterns experience
● Scripting languages like Bash or Python


● Design and development of new software packages/protocols and sustaining the existing functionality of the rich embedded networking application
● Portable networking software implementation in an embedded environment (Ethernet switch/router product line)
● Full development cycle methodology (from design to final delivery to the customer in high scale data centers
● Development of new software packages for an embedded Linux environment (Ethernet switching/routing products)
● Documentation and infrastructure improvements and maintenance of the project

The customer is the world leader in designing, developing and manufacturing of telecommunications software for system vendors, communication service providers, and large data center environments.
The software product is Protocol Stack for OEMs that supports a wide range of networking software protocols and services for developing control plane architectures for SDN, NFV, Layer 2, G/MPLS, and Layer 3 networks. Aim of the project is to integrate the existing protocol stack with a new dataplane.
